How do requests work?
Every three hand-game wins earns one request. Recorded runs place the ordinary request groups after 3, 6 and 9 total wins, followed by the last story request at 12 wins. Two losses cost a body part, but a later request can become a recovery opportunity after the player has been hurt.
This page describes what is visible in the current short Demo. It does not claim that these scenes, Mood values or group positions will remain unchanged in the Steam version.
What can you choose after 3 wins?
- Ask to leave: Nate refuses and makes the player choose again. This does not spend the opportunity in the recorded runs.
- Ask Nate about herself: Nate explains why the brain and heart matter to her. One clear recording displays +10 Mood. This is the most useful first request for a high-Mood route and for understanding the story.
- Ask to see her feet: A short optional scene plays, then the hand game resumes. No verified Mood change or route benefit was visible in the reviewed footage.
If a body part has already been removed, the request sequence may also offer recovery. The exact presentation varies between recorded loops, so do not assume a fixed animation or restoration amount.
What can you choose after 6 wins?
- Rest on Nate's lap: The player sleeps for roughly 30 in-game minutes before play resumes. No stable Mood number was confirmed.
- Ask why she locked you up and forced you to play: Nate says there was no special reason and gives a large numerical reference for people she has met. One readable run displays +5 Mood. The line is story information, not proof of a literal victim count.
For a 12-win route, asking why is the better documented Mood choice. The lap scene is optional character flavor and did not produce a distinct ending in the reviewed runs.
What can you choose after 9 wins?
- Watch movies together: The scene adds family information and one clear run displays +10 Mood. The player mentions a mother and younger sister, which visibly irritates Nate.
- Ask for a perfect body and face: Nate transforms the player's appearance, then the game continues. No separate ending or lasting hand-game advantage was verified.
- Ask for fresh air outside: The clearest recording displays -15 Mood, followed by Death Ending 1. Avoid this request during a completion run.
The movie route is the safest documented choice. The transformation is a nonfatal alternate scene. Fresh air is the only request in this group with a confirmed fatal outcome.
What happens after 12 wins?
The last request is the route-ending request rather than another three-option reward. Ask to go home, then respond to Nate's claim that she can replace the player's family:
- Accept Nate's claim: leads to the Mommy Ending.
- Insist on returning to the original home: leads to Demo Complete.
These are two distinct conclusions. Demo Complete should not be relabeled as Death Ending 3.
When should you heal?
Use a recovery request when the loss penalties have removed several fingers and you still need more wins. JayFumiyama's run visibly restores one finger; MrClockWorks' loops show other recovery presentations. Public footage does not establish that every version or Mood value heals the same amount.
Healing protects a completion attempt, but it does not replace the normal request progression. If you are intentionally collecting Death Ending 3, continue losing without recovery instead.
Recommended request order
- At 3 wins, ask Nate about herself.
- At 6 wins, ask why the player was chosen.
- At 9 wins, watch movies together.
- Substitute healing whenever body-part loss threatens the run.
- At 12 wins, choose the final response for either Mommy Ending or Demo Complete.

Evidence and limits
Checked August 17, 2026 against the creator's official Demo description and complete runs by MrClockWorks, GracefulFool and JayFumiyama. Exact Mood values with only one readable capture remain player observations rather than confirmed formulas.
